The food is good, especially the cheese dog and sweet potato fries. The service was great and fast. The ambiance is a Boba Milk Tea.

Maybe a new favorite drink, the coconut snow bubble with boba was pretty good. Don't tell me about the calories though lol ! Plenty of seating areas indoor and a table or two outside.
THE POPCORN CHICKEN IS THE BEST! It was so flavorful and the basil only made it better. It was crispy on the outside and nice in the inside. We got spicy and non-spicy, wish the spicy one was a bit more but still good nonetheless. They also had kimbap at the counter which was $5 and pretty good for what it was! Their menu was pretty big with drinks and food - they been had mexican drinks! I got the hot HK tea late and it was really good. Not a sweets person so I got 25% sugar and it was perfect. They had a lot of seating spaces and a whole collection of manga which was cool!
I haven't tried their hot tea before and I was surprised how delicious it was ! It's a non diary milk tea with hazelnut flavor and it was absolutely above and beyond my expectation! The only problem I had was it was barely lukewarm I would have really enjoyed it if it was a warmer. Overall I love this place for the boba ! They seem to have a lot of food options as well, may be something I would try in the future Overall a decent place for both hot and cold tea ! They serve not just tea but coffee as well
